During the closed portion of the meeting, Council discussed matters related to a
proposed acquisition of land and received advice subject to solicitor-client
privilege.
Resolution #81/19
Moved by Councillor Ashe
Seconded by Councillor McLean
1. That Council approve the acquisition of that portion of 1498 Rosebank
Road described as part of Lot 2, RCP 816, Pickering, being Part 1, Plan
40R-30470, from Marvel Homes Incorporated for the purchase price of
$125,000.00;
2. That the Director, Corporate Services & City Solicitor be authorized to
execute a Transfer of the said real property, as well as any other
documents, instruments and agreements as may be necessary to give
effect to the Transfer; and

necessary actions as indicated in this report.
