A question and answer period ensued regarding the submission of building permits and
timelines for the construction of the Casino, Hotel and Parking Structure.

accordingly and approved.

Councillor McLean, seconded by Councillor Butt moved for leaveto introduce a By-law
of the City of Pickering to confirm those proceedings of the Council of the Corporation of
the City of Pickering at its Special Meeting of Council held on October 9, 2018.
