An In Camera meeting of Council has been scheduled in accordance with the
provisions of the Municipal Act and .Procedural By-law 7212/12, in that the matters
to be discussed relate to labour -relations or employee negotiations.

Thru the aid of a power point presentation a confidential, verbal update was'presented.to
Council by: the Division Head, Human. Resources.. A question and answer period ensued
on this matter with clarification being provided. Refer to the In Camera minutes for

law of the.City of Pickering to confirm those proceedings of the Council of The
Corporation of the City of Pickering at its Special Meeting of.Council of July 21, 2016.
