Harker - (Acting) Supervisor, Legislative Services <br /> (I) Disclosure of Interest <br /> No disclosures of interest were noted. <br /> (II) Delegations <br /> Erick Joyner, 1922 Memory Lane, appeared before the Committee to discuss the <br /> negative impacts of the Seaton Community. Mr. Joyner described his concerns with <br /> the Community, which included the reduction of prime farmland, concerns with the <br /> City incurring a deficit, no real justifications for the establishment of the Community, <br /> and that he does not believe it to be a sustainable development. Mr. Joyner. <br /> submitted his comments to the City Clerk for circulation to the Committee and the <br /> City Development Department. <br /> 1 <br />
