That Council move In Camera in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal
Act and Procedural By-law 6746/07, in that the matters to be discussed are subject
to solicitor-client privilege and before an administrative tribunal and also relates to
personal matters about an identifiable individual.

Councillor O'Connell, seconded by Councillor Pickles moved for leave to
introduce a By-law of the City of Pickering to confirm those proceedings of the
Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering at its Special (In Camera)
Meeting and Special Meeting of Council of January 31, 2011.
