By-law No.7096/11
Being a By-law to dedicate certain lands
within the City of - Pickering, Regional
Municipality of Durham as public. highway.
Whereas The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the, owner of certain lands lying
within Pickering "and wishes to dedicate them as public highway.
Now therefore the Council of The Corporation of the.,City of Pickering hereby enacts as
follows:
1. Those parts of Lot 19, Concession 3, designated as Part 46, Plan 4OR-6934
being Travelled Road (aka Dersan Street); Parts 1, 2, 3, Plan 40R-25821; Parts
16 and 17, Plan 40R-25822 and those parts of Lot 10, Plan 585, designated as
Parts.1 'and:2, Plan 40R-26559 are hereby dedicated as public highway (Dersan
Street).
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 17th day of January,
2011.
