The Corporation of the City of Pickering
By-law No. 7089/10
Being a, by-law to dedicate that part of
Block W-1, Plan M-1058 and that part of Lot
29, RCP. 1041, Pickering, designated as
Parts 1 and 2, Plan 40R-26564, as public
highway.
Whereas The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of certain lands lying
within Pickering and wishes to'dedicate them as public highway.
Now therefore the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby enacts as
follows::
1." That part of Block W-1, Plan M-1058, Pickering and that part of Lot 29,
Registrar's Compiled Plan 1041, Pickering, designated as Parts 1. and 2, Plan
40R=26564 are hereby dedicated as public highway (New Street).
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 13th day of September,
2010.
