1.0 Welcome & Introductions
K. Thompson, Manager, By-law Enforcement Services,
welcomed everyone to the hearing. She informed the Committee
the purpose of the meeting was to conduct an appeal hearing
regarding the applicant, Yaw Frimpong-Manso.
2.0 A eal Hearin - Yaw Frim on -Manso
The meeting moved In Camera in accordance with the provisions
of Procedural By-law 6746/07, as the matter related to personal
information about an individual.
Refer to the In Camera minutes dated March 26, 2010. [The City
Clerk has custody and control of the In Camera minutes].
Further to confidential deliberations, the Committee hereby
recommends the following:
1. That Yaw Frimpong-Manso be granted a two-year City of
Pickering taxicab licence; and
2. That the Manager, By-law Enforcement Services give K. Thompson to
effect to this recommendation. action
