THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PICKERING
BY-LAW NO. 6986/09
Being a By-law to dedicate that part of
Block 45, Plan 40M-1507, Pickering; being
Part' 27; Plan 40R-14939, as public
highway.
WHEREAS The Corporation'of the City of Pickering is the owner. of that part of Block
.45,` Plan 40M-1507,. being Part 27, Plan 40R-14939, Pickering and wishes to dedicate it
as a public highway:
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the City-of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1.y That part of Block 45, Plan 40M-1507, Pickering, being Part 27, Plan 40R-14939
is `hereby dedicated as public highway (Butternut Court).
BY=LAW read a first, second and, third time and finally passed this 21 st day of
September, 2009.
