THE CORPORATION OFTHE CITY OF PICKERING
BY-LAW NO. 6985/09
Being a By-law to dedicate that part of Lot
3, Plan 505, Pickering, being Part 5, Plan
40R-25976, as public highway.-
WHEREAS-The Corporation of the. City of Pickering is the owner of that part of Lot 3,
Plan.505; being Part 5, Plan 40R-25976, Pickering and wishes to dedicate it as a public
highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That part.of Lot 3, Plan 505, Pickering, being, Part 5; Plan 40R-25976 is hereby
dedicated as public highway (Rosebank Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21st day of
September; 2009.
