THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PICKERING
BY-LAW NO. 6970/09
Being a by-law to dedicate those parts
of Lot 4, Registrar's Compiled Plan
282, Pickering, being Parts 47, 49, 51
and 52, Plan 4013-25121 as public
highway (Rockwood Drive).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of certain lands
lying within Pickering and wishes to dedicate them as public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Those parts of Lot 4, Registrar's Compiled Plan 282, Pickering, being
Parts 47, 49,51 and 52, Plan 40R-25121 are hereby dedicated as public
highway (Rockwood Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 13th day of
July, 2009.
