LTD. AND F. FISICO ON GRACELAND COURT 1. An explanation of the application, as outlined in Information Report 6/91 was given by Lisa Goodman, Planner. 2. Ni gel 0 I Nei 11, representi ng the Landford Group, stated the mansion-style development was not marketable and that he was in support of the Staff report. ,...., (II) TOWN INITIATED REZONING APPLICATION A25/90 ON THE WEST SIDE OF ROUGEMOUNT DRIVE NORTH OF KINGSTON ROAD 1. An explanation of the application, as outlined in Information Report 5/91 was given by Lisa Goodman, Planner. 2. There were no comments in favour of or opposed to the application. "W ? (III) OFFICIAL PLAN AMENDMENT 90-051/P AND REZONING APPLICATION A14/90 SUBMITTED BY MALLPAKS OEVELOPMENT LTD. ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF KINGSTON ROAD, ADJACENT TO THE LOBLAWS SUPERCENTRE ,..., 1. An exp1 anati on of the Information Report 7/91 Manager, Policy Division. application, was gi ven by as outlined in Catherine Rose. 2. Joseph A. Skapura, Mallpaks Dev. Ltd., stated that the "Highway Industrial-Commercial II designation is inappropriate and is requesting that the zoning permit genera 1 retail and offi ce uses on the property. He added that he has a tenant for the building with 30,000 square feet. that office space will be available. that a bridge will be built over the creek and that all Town. Region. and agency concerns will be addressed. 3. George Martin asked if landscaping and aesthetic improvements have been addressed and stated that the proposal should complement the Main Central Area. 4.
