1. An explanation of the application, as outlined in Information
Report 14/91, was given by Jeanette Schultz, Planner.

Gerry Gazarek, representing the applicant, was in attendance to
answer inquiries if required.

(II) OFFICIAL PLAN AMENDMENT 90-094/P AND REZONING APPLICATION
A27/90 SUBMITTED BY PICKERING SQUARE (1986) LTD. ON THE
NORTHEAST CORNER OF KINGSTON ROAD AND VALLEY FARM ROAD
Counci 11 or Van Kempen dec1 ared an interest as he has a 1 ease
with the applicant.
1. An explanation of the application, as outlined in Information
Report 15/91, was given by Christopher Wong, Senior Planner.

2. Rick Feldman, applicant, stated that an additional 660 square
metres is required and that the site should be designated Local
Commercial Area.
3. There were no comments in support of or opposed to the
application.
