(I) PROPOSED TOWN-INITIATED ZONING BY-LAW
FOR THE GARRICK PROPERTY ON PINE GROVE AVENUE
1.
An explanation of proposed by-law given by Lynda Taylor,
Manager, Current Operations Division.

2. Chrystal Garrick, applicant, stated that this rezoning
application provides security that rear lot severance is
possible when the subdivision adjacent to her property is
developed and requested Counci1's support.
3. Jossef Hanna, owner of 1849 Pi ne Grove Avenue, supports the
app1 ication but is opposed to the road a1 ignment in the
proposed subdivision adjacent to his property.
4. Cathy Hubbard, 1839 Woodview Avenue, asked for Counci1.s
support of the revised plan for the abutting subdivision.
