(I) CLAREMONT DEVELOPMENT PLAN AMENDMENT AND
REZONING APPLICATION A21/91 SUBMITTED BY
P. WOOD IN THE HAMLET OF CLAREMONT
1. An explanation of the application, as outlined in
Informati on Report #31/91 was gi ven by Jeanette Shul tz,
Planner 2.

Peter Wood, applicant stated the application will not
impact the community with traffic, noise or pollution and
that with the land being an irregular shape, the
application is a good use of the land.

3. There were no comments in favour of or opposed to the
application.
