Council on Monday, November 18 at 7:56 p.m.

(I) DRAFT AMENDING ZONING BY-LAW 2659/88
TOWN-INITIATED (A79/87) AT THE
NORTHEAST CORNER OF KINGSTON ROAD
AND ALTONA ROAD
1. An explanation of proposed by-law was given by Valerie
Rodrigues, Senior Planner.

Steve Wagner, applicant, stated that seven years has passed
since his original application, that the plan before
Council is good for the Town as it will provide employment
to residents and increase the tax base. He requested
Council.s support of the by-law.

development is a positive addition to the community however
he has concern with respect to increased traffic on Highway
No.2, the height of the buildings and storm water drainage
on the church1s property.
