An explanation of the application, as outlined in Information Report No 14/94, was given by Linda Taylor, Manager, Current Operations Division. 2. Bill Neill, 1887 Woodview Avenue, stated that the subject lands fall within the Special Policy Area which states that future development should be compatible with the existing neighbourhood. The existing properties have frontages of not less than fifty feet and therefore the proposed semis and eleven metre lots would not be compatible. He understands that there may be quattroplexes in this development and indicated that this would certainly not be compatible with the existing neighbourhood. The trees on the subject lands should be preserved. 3. Linda Taylor responded by stating that the quattroplexes have been deleted from the application and is concerned about the Design Precinct that the subject lands fall into. The developer will be required to submit a tree preservation plan to the Town. ''- (II) DRAFT PLAN OF SUBDIVISION 18T-92013 (REVISED) ZONING BY-LAW AMENDMENT A 15/92 (REVISED) R. AND I.
