THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PICKERING
BY-LAW NO. 6914/08
Being a By-law to dedicate Block 26, Plan
40M-1920 as public highway.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of
Block 26, Plan 40M-1920 and wishes to dedicate it as public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the City of
Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 26, Plan. 40M-1920 is hereby dedicated as public highway
(Granby Co'urt).
BY~LAW read a first, secondand third time and finally passed this 17th
day of November, 2008.
