THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PICKERING
BY-LAW NO. 6862-08
Being a By-law to dedicate Blocks 42 and 43,
Plan 40M-1739, Pickering as public highway
(Pine Grove Avenue).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of
Blocks 42 and 43, Plan 40M-1739, Pickering and wishes to dedicate
them as public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the City of
Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Blocks 42 and 43, Plan 40M-1739, Pickering are hereby dedicated
as public highway (Pine Grove Avenue).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th
day of May, 2008.
