THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PICKERING
BY-lAW NO. 6761/07
Being a By-law to dedicate that part of Block
25, Plan 40M-1231, Pickering, designated as
Part 1, 40R-21924 as public highway.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of that part of Block
25, Plan 40M-1231, Pickering, designated as Part 1, 40R-21924 and wishes to dedicate
it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOllOWS:
1. That part of Block 25, Plan 40M-1231, Pickering, designated as Part 1,
40R-21924 is hereby dedicated as public highway (Diefenbaker Court).
BY-lAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 22nd day of May,
2007.
