THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PICKERING
BY-lAW NO. 6759/07
Being a By-law to dedicate Blocks 17 and 18,
Plan 40M-1231, Pickering as public highway.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 17 and 18,
Plan 40M-1231, Pickering and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOllOWS:
1. Blocks 17 and 18, Plan 40M-1231, Pickering are hereby dedicated as public
highway
(The Esplanade South).
BY-lAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 22nd day of May,
2007.
