Attendees: Councillor Dickerson - Chair Councillor McLean Ross Pym, Principal Planner - Development Review Geoff Romanowski, Planner II Joyce Yeh, Planner I 1. Planner Comments Joyce Yeh, Planner I, provided an overview of property location, applicant's proposal and City's Official Plan policies pertaining to this site, as outlined in Information Report #10-06. 2. Applicants Comments Richard Weldon, on behalf of Canadian Natural Power Inc. provide an explanation of the application, noting this is the second phase of the development that City Council approved in 2005. Richard Weldon explained the evolution of the application, that he has a good working relationship with the neighbours and that changes to the application have been made as a result of meetings and comments from the neighbourhood representatives. 3. Comments from Members of the Public Ellen Adams of 1411 Rosebank Road thanked the applicant for working cooperatively with the neighbours, noted that they were in agreement with the revised proposal and looked forward to working cooperatively with the applicant and City staff as the application progresses. 4 Comments from the Chair Councillor Dickerson thanked the applicant and the neighbours for having a positive workin relationship and encoura ed the parties to continue their efforts. Planner Comments Geoff Romanowski, Planner II provided an overview of the property location, applicant's proposal and City's Official Plan policies pertaining to this site, as outlined in the Information Report # 11-06. 2. Applicant Comments Thomas Rees of The Biglieri Group, the agent for the application overviewed the application and noted the property owners wish to obtain a greater commercial and office use rights for the properties without the existing floor space restrictions. Thomas Reese noted that the property owners want to maintain their existing use rights for the properties as well as obtain new use rights. The property owners have requested that the existing east-west road in the Town Centre West Development Guidelines be removed. 3.
