THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PICKERING
BY~LAW NO. 6628/06
Being a by-law to dedicate those parts of Lot 88, Plan 350,
Pickering, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R~23440 and Part 4, Plan
40R-22695 and Block 24, Plan 40M-1392, Pickering, as public
highway (Maitland Drive).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of those parts of Lot 88,
Plan 350, Pickering, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-23440 and Part 4, Plan 40R-22695 and
Block 24, Plan 40M-1392, Pickering and wishes to dedicate them as public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering HEREBY
I"'" ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That part of Lot 88, Plan 350, Pickering, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-23440, is
hereby dedicated as public highway (Maitland Drive).
2. That part of Lot 88, Plan 350, Pickering, designated as Part 4, Plan 40R~22695, is
hereby dedicated as public highway (Maitland Drive).
3. Block 24, Plan 40M-1392, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway
(Maitland Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of February, 2006.
