HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 6602/05THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PICKERING BY-LAW NO. 6602/05 Being a by-law to further amend by-law 2632/88 to provide for erecting of Stop signs at certain intersections within the City of Pickering WHEREAS, Pursuant to section 27(1) of the Municipal Act 2001, S.O. 2001, c.25 as amended, the council of the Corporation of the City of Pickering may by by-law provide for the erection of stop signs at the intersections on highways under its jurisdiction. NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: Stop signs shall be erected at the intersection of highways set out in Column I of Schedule A to By-law 2632/88, facing the traffic bound in the directions set out in Column II of the Schedule. Schedule A to By-law 2632/88, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding hereto the following items: Column i Column Ii Intersections Facing Traffic Rosebank Road and Granite Court Southbound on Rosebank Road BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of December, 2005.
