HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 6576/05THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PICKERING BY-LAW NO. 6576~05 Being a By-law to amend By-law 2359/87 providing for the regulating of parking, standing and stopping on highways or parts of highways under the jurisdiction of the City of Pickering and on private and municipal property. WHEREAS, By-law 2359/87, as amended, provides for the regulating of parking, standing and stopping on highways or parts of highways under the jurisdiction of the City of Pickering and on private and municipal property; and WHEREAS, it is deemed expedient to amend By-law 2359/87 to amend the existing "no parking" zones to "no stopping" zones along sections of Plummer Street. NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: Schedule B to By-Law 2359/87, as amended, is hereby further amended by deleting the following item: Highway Side Between/And Prohibited times and days Plummer Street South Regional Road 1 See note 1 (Brock Road) and Salk Road Schedule A to By-Law 2359/87, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding the following item: Highway Side Between/And Prohibited times and days Plummer Street South Regional Road I Anytime (Brock Road) and Salk Road This By-Law shall come into force on the date that it is approved by the Council of The City of Pickering and when signs to the effect are erected.
