BY-LAW NO. 6479/05
Being a By-law to dedicate Block 64, Plan 40M-1700,
Pickering as public highway (Pine Grove Avenue).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of Block 64, Plan 40M-1700,
Pickering and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Block 64, Plan 40M-1700, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway (Pine Grove
Avenue).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21 st day of February, 2005.
