Request for Road Dedication By-Law
- Block 44, Plan 40M-1745, Pickering
- Otonabee Drive

Block 44 was a reserve conveyed to the City when Plan 40M-1745 was
developed and registered.
As the road fronting this reserve and Plan 40M-1745 has now been assumed it is
appropriate to dedicate it as public highway.
Attached hereto is a location map and By-law for the consideration of City
Council at its meeting scheduled for February 21,2005.

BY-LAW NO. 6458/05
Being a By-law to dedicate Block 44, Plan 40M-1745,
Pickering as public highway.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of Block 44, Plan 40M-1745,
Pickering and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Block 44, Plan 40M-1475, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway (Otonabee
Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21st day of February, 2005.
