The Manager, Development Review, provided an overview of the requirements of the
Planning Act and the Ontario Municipal Board respecting this meeting and matters
under consideration there at.

(905 DILLINGHAM ROAD)
Geoff Romanowski, Planner I, Development Review, provided an overview of
property location, applicant's proposal and City's Official Plan policies
pertaining to this site, as outlined in Information Report #01/05. He further
advised of a petition submitted by tenants and owners of units at 905
Dillingham Road stating their concerns with respect to the late operating hours,
garbage, parking, the appearance of the women working at this business and
the decrease in the value of their business.
Noel Gerry, representing the applicant, advised that they stand behind the
comments submitted in their correspondence and will address any concerns
voiced by the tenants and owners.
