Request for Road Dedication By-Law

The above-noted land was conveyed to the City in order to control the
development of the adjacent site.
As the adjacent site has now been developed and the road works fronting the
site have been constructed to standards satisfactory to permit public access, a
By-law should be enacted to dedicate it as public highway.
Attached hereto is a location map and By-law for the consideration of City
Council at its meeting scheduled for September 20, 2004.

Being a By-law to dedicate that part of Block 16, Plan
40M-1653, Pickering, being Part 1, Plan 40R-22942
as public highway.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of that part of Block 16, Plan
40M-1653, Pickering, being Part 1, Plan 40R-22942 and wishes to dedicate it as public
highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
That part of Block 16, Plan 40M-1653, Pickering, being Part 1, Plan 40R-22942 is hereby
dedicated as public highway (Fiddlers Court).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of September,
2004.
