That pursuant to Section 239(4) of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, the Council of
The Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby resolves to conduct a closed meeting to
discuss a personnel matter.
CARRIED
1. The Chief Administrative Officer advised Council of a personnel matter.

The Chief Administrative Officer distributed a memorandum from the Director,
Operations & Emergency Services concerning the washroom/storage facility at
David Farr Park. Council confirmed the expenditure for this facility is to proceed
now, as it is included in the draft 2004 Capital Budget
Resolution #74/04

Seconded by Councillor Holland
That Council rise from this In Camera session at 7:34 pm.
