(I) BYLAWS - THIRD READING
Moved by Councillor Holland
Seconded by Councillor McLean
That By-law Numbers 6318/04, 6319/04, 6320/04, 6321/04, be adopted and the said by-
law be now read a third time and PASSED and that the Mayor and Clerk sign the same
and the seal of the Corporation be affixed thereto.

(11) CONFIRMATION BY-LAW
By-law Number 6352/04
Councillor Pickles, seconded by Councillor Holland, moved for leave to introduce a By-
law of the City of Pickering to confirm those proceedings of the Council of The
Corporation of the City of Pickering at its Special Meeting of April 26, 2004,

OTHER BUSINESS
Councillor McLean advised that the June 18th, 2004 is the 1st Anniversary of
Long-Term Care at Sandy Beach Road. The Chief Administrative Officer
confirmed that the sidewalk from Bayly Street to the Long Term Care Centre on
Sandy Beach Road will be installed in May as per the 2004 Capital Budget.
