Seconded by Councillor Pickles
That pursuant to Section 239(4) of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.D. 2001, the Council of
The Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby resolves to conduct a closed meeting to
discuss possible litigation matters.

Mayor Ryan provided a status report on the York Water Pipeline.

That the Solicitor for the City be authorized to proceed with legal action to collect
outstanding money from York Region for the water pipeline.

That Council receive for information and acknowledge the costs expended to
date for a litigation matter.
