BY-LAW NO. 6185/03
Being a by-law to amend by-law 2192/86
designating certain highway within the
City of Pickering as through highway.
WHEREAS, By-law 2192/86, as amended, designates Cowan Circle within the City of
Pickering as through highway; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed expedient to amend By-law 2192/86 to provide an all-way stop
at the intersection of Cowan Circle and Moorelands Crescent (easterly intersection).
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PICKERING
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Schedule A to By-law 2192/86, as amended, is hereby further amended by
deleting the following item:
Highway
Cowan Circle
From
Rosebank Road
Schedule A to By-law 2192/86, as amended,
adding hereto the following items:
Highway From
Cowan Circle Rosebank Road
Cowan Circle
East limit of the easterly
Intersection of
Moorelands Crescent
To
South terminus
Of Cowan Circle
is hereby further amended
by

Easterly intersection of
Moorelands Crescent
South terminus of
Cowan Circle
This By-law shall come into force on the date that it is approved by the Council of
the City of Pickering and when signs to the effect are erected.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 7th day of October
2003.
