BY-LAW NO. 61 51/03
Being a by-law "to amend By-law 2359/87
regulating parking, standing and stopping on
highways and on private and municipal
property".
WHEREAS WHEREAS, pursuant to the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter M.45,
sections 218.52, 210.73, 210.123-126, 210.131, 310, 314.7 and 314.8, the Council of
the Corporation of the City of Pickering enacted By-law 2359/87 regulating parking,
standing and stopping on highways and on private and on municipal property;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule B to By-law 2359/87, as amended, is hereby amended by deleting
therefrom the following item:
Highway Side Between/And
Days
Vistula Drive North Westshore BIvd See Note 1
and Batory Ave.
Prohibited Times and
2. Schedule A to By-law 2359/87, as amended, is hereby amended by adding
thereto the following item:
Highway Side Between/And
Days
Vistula Drive North and West Shore Blvd See Note 1
South and 20 metres
east of West
Shore Blvd
Prohibited Times and
Schedule B to By-law 2359/87, as amended, is hereby amended by adding
thereto the following item:
Highway Side Between/And
Days
Vistula Drive North 20 metres east of See Note 1
West Shore Blvd
and Batory
Avenue
Prohibited Times and
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of June,
2003.
