Being a_ ip-iayr of the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering to authorize the execution
of a Funding Agreement for these Liverpool
Community Study Area between the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering and J.D.S. Invest-
mert, Limited, The Cadillac Fairview
Corporation Limited, Orange Brook Developments
Limited and Eagle Brook Investments Listed
and Canada Permanent Trust Comvanv and Peter
Kirkland !Marshal, executors of the estate of
K.R. Marshall.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS
1. That the Mayor and Administrator-Clerk, be
authorized to execute a Funding Agreement
for the Liverpool Community Study Area
between the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
and J.L.S. Investments Limited, The Cadillac
Fairview Corporation Limited, Orange Brook
Developments Limited and Eagla Brook Invest:=rents
and Canada Permanent Trust Company and Peter
Kirland Marshall, executors of the estate of
K.R. Marshall.
