THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF T.'KE TOWN OF PICXFRING HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute an Option Agreement between the
Corporation of the Town of Pickering and `the
Minister of, the Environment with respect to
permanent and temporary easements in Part Lot
18, Concession l (Plummer Street Road Allowance)
in connection with th_> York/Durha?r{ Sewage
System.
