THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKEP-ING
BY-LAW NUMBER ?si/'7
Being a By-law of the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering to authorize the execution
of an extension to the Funding Agreement for
the Fairnort Commnunity Core Study between
,-he Corporation of the To._ of Pickering and
Benotor investments L:Lnited, Bayshore Colony
and The Incorporated Synod of the Diocese
of Toronto.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION' OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Administrator-Clerk he
authorized to e<°ecute an extension to the
Funding Agreement for the Fairport Community
Core Study between the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering and Benotor Investments
Limited, Bayshore Colony and The Incorporated
Synod of the Diocese of Toronto.
By-iaw read a first, second and third time and PASSED this
day of 1977.
