Being a by-law cf the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering to authorize the
execution of lease ?.greempnts between
the Corporation of the Ticwn of Pickering
and Her Majesty The Queen In Right Of
Canada with respect to the expropriation
of certain properties by the Feeeral
Government
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERI'dG HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS
1. The Mayor and Clerk be authorized to 'execute
Lease Agreements hetwee,i the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering and Her Majesty The Queen In
Right Of Canac:a with respect to the expropriation
of the following prcperties.,
Atha Community Centre
Part Lot 30, Concession 7
Brougham Hotel
Part Lot 19, Con=cession 6
Altona Community, Centre
Part Lot 31, Concession 9
Brougham Town Hall
Part Lot 18, Concession 5
Don Beer Memorial Park
Part Lot 18, Concession 6
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED this 19th
day of December 1977,
