THE CORPORATION OF THE 2"vnT2 OF PICFERING
BY-LAW Z+UMBER" 747/77
Being a By-Law to authorize the execution of
a :ischarge of rtgage between the Tovn and
Jack Jacobsen Ccnstnaction Limited (Part Lot
18, Range 3, B.P.C. - Part 1, Plan 40R-3303)
WHEREAS by Instrument dated November 4th, 1976, and registered
November 5th, 1976 as Instmument No. D37227, Jack Jacobsen Ccnstrue-
tion Limited granted and mortgaged to the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering certain lands comprising Part of Lot 18, Range 3, B.F.C.
(Part 1, Plan `40R-3303)
AND WHEREAS the amount outstanding pursuant to that mortgage on
December 8th, 1977 was the sum of $116.,244.69;
AND WHEREAS Jack Jacobsen Construction Linited paid to the, 'r own
the sum of $116,244.69 on December 8th:, 1977;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corpcr.tic=. of the Town of
Pickering hereby enacts as follows:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a D4 s--
charge of Mortgage, in the form attached hereto as Sched,,;Ie
respecting a mortgage between Jack wacobser. Construc-

tion Limited, Mortgagor and the Orporation of the To,,,7n of
Pickering, Mortgagee, which mortgage is dated November 4th,
1976 and was registered in the Registry- Office for the
Registry Division of Durham on November 5th, 197; as Instru-
ment No. D37227, respecting that Part of Lot 18, Range 3,
B.F.C., designated as Part 1, on Plan 40P-3303.
