Being a By-Law to amend By-Law 2661"5
limiting the number of automobile
service stations and public garages
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATIOFt OF THE T'?tN7\ OF PI_CKERTNG
hereby enacts as follows:
1. Section A of Part 2 of By-Lai: Number 266;'75 is
hereby repealed and the following substituted
therefor:
A. The number of public caraq which may be
operated or used in the Town of Pickering
is limited to 35, being those listed in
Schedule 2 to Appendix "F" attached hereto.
2. Schedule 2,to Appendix "A" attached to the }a?r
By-Law. is amended by adding thereto the follow-
ing:
