THE CORPORATION CF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
BY-LAW NUMBER 731/77
Being a;by-law to dedicate certain
lands as a public highway pursuant
to Section 443 of The Municipal Act,
R.S.O. 1.970, (Block M-7, Plan M-997)
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner
in fee simple of certain lands being Block X3, Plan M-997;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to dedicate those lands
as a public highway;
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The lands more particularly described in. Schedule "A"
hereto, which schedule is hereby made a part of this
by-law are hereby dedicated as a public highway.
By-law read a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED this
Fifth day of Decc-_?rber . 1977.

SCHEDULE "A" TO BY-LAW 731/77
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land
in the Town of Pickering in the Regional Municipality
of Durham and Province of Ontario and being composed
o Block XJ, according to a plan registered in the
Land Titles Office for the Registry Division of
Durham as Plan M-997
