THE CORPORATION OF THE 2IDWN Or PICKERING
BY-LAW NT.+'vMER 727/77
Being a by-law to authorize the
execution of a release in favour
of Karl and Frarres'Haug with respect
to lard described as Pert 2, Plan
40R 3328, Dillingham Road.
WHEREAS by Indenture dated April 29th, 1977, the Town of
Pickering granted certain lands to Karl Haug and Frances
Haug, his wife, designated as Part 2 on Plan of Survey
40R 3328,
AND WHEREAS ; it is now deemed necessary to release :art and
Frances Haug from their obligation pursuant to o.rie of the
conditions of the deed;
NOW THERE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute
a Release in favour of Karl Haug and Frances Haug,
his wife, from any obligation or liability imposed
upon theca by _the provisions of paragraph 2 of Schedule
"P" attached to and being part of a deed dated
April 29th, 1977 and registered in the Registry Office
for the Registry Division of Durham can the 2nd day of
May, 1977 as Instrument #D46153 with respect to those
lands known as Part of Lot 19, Range 3, Broken Front
Concession, shown and designated as Part 2 on a. Plan
of Survey of record registered in the Registry office
for the Registry Division of Durham as Plan Number
40R 3328.
By-law react a First, Second and Third time and PASSED this
28th day of November, 1977.
