Being a by-law to amend By-Lary 266/75
limiting the number of automobile service
stations and public garages
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNT OF PICA"ERIN3G hereb\?
enacts as fol los7s :
1. Section A of Part 2 of By-Law Number 2&j$f 75 is hereby
repealed and the following substituted therefor:
A. The number of public garages which may be
operated or used in the Town: of Pickering
is limited to 34, being those listed in
Schedule 2 to Appendix "A" attached hereto.
2. Schedule 1' to Appendix "A" attached to the sa;.ci __y-Lac.:
is amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Thor'Nicolaison, carrying on 598 Kingston ?load A.
business as, Viking Auto
Centre
and by adding thereto the following:
David Joseph, carrying on 598 Kingston: Road A.
business as Bridgeport
Towing and Garage Services
3. Schedule 2 to Appendix "A" attached to the said By-Law
is amended by deleting therefrom the follow=ing:
Thor Nicolaison, carrying on 598 Kingston Road
business as Viking Auto
Centre
and by adding thereto the following:
David Joseph, carrying on 698 Kingston Road F.
business as Bridgeport
Towing and Garage Services
Patrick J. Shirley, carrying 1595 Bavlv Street E.
on business as Tidy Car
