Limited wish to development certain lands and premises within the Town of Pickering; NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF TliE TOWN OF PICKERING'HEREBY 'ENACTS AS FOLLOWS. 1. Themayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an agree- ment between the Corporation of the Town of Pickering and Orangebrook'Developments Limited and Ballycroy Investments with respect to the development of those lands and 'premises being Part of Lot 18, Range 3, Broken Front Concession, Town of Pickering, designated as Part l on Plan 40R-2603.
