REPEALED BY REPEALS AMENDED BY AMENDS DISPOSITION THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICIKERING BY-LAW NUMBER 1 ? { 77 Being a By-law of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering to appoint a Town Clerk. WHEREAS Section 352 (63) of the Municipal Act, Revised Statutes of Ontario 1970, Chapter 284, authorizes the appointment of certain officers for the purpose of the Corporation; THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING THEREFORE ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: (a) That Mr. Bruce Taylor be and is hereby appointed Clerk of theCorporation of the Town of Pickering, effective October 31st 1977. (b) That the duties of the said Clerk shall be those as defined in Article 215 (1) of The Municipal Act. By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED this 14 day of 9j! 9ir 1 1977. Investments Llmite,' and the Corporation of the "own of Pickering with respect to the most easterly 81.08' of Part 22, Plan 40R-923, being Part sot 22, Concession 1 The Caittee of the Whole arises and reports the By-laws as read. 3rd Reading Councillor seconded by Councillor moves that the report of he Cov ttee of the Whole on By-law Numbers be adopted, and that the said ter-law be now rea.- hirri Time and PASSE, that the Mayor and Administrator-Clerk sign the same, and the Seal of the Corporation be affixed thereto.
