THE CCRPORP_TION OF THE TOW OF PICKERING

BY-LAW- NUMBER 70'--1_ A By=law of the Corporation of the Town
of Pickering to appoint three members
to, the Court of Revision.
WHEREAS Section 43 (1) of The Local Improvement Act provides
for the establishment of a Court of Revision;
AND WHEREAS it is necessary to appoint a Court of Revision;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Town of Pickering may appoint
such members and pay such remuneration and expenses as Council
may by by-law-provide;
THE COUNCIL OF THE 'TOWN OF PI vKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS F01,_1-,)WS:
1. The following persons are appointed to the Court of
Revision:
Mr. Elizabeth A. Shumovich
Mr. Robert A. Gummow
Mrs. Patricia D: Elson
2. The members of the Covi:t of Revision shall be paid the
rate, of $25.04 per diem and 19 cents per mile or 12
cents per kilometre.
By-law read a First, Second and bird time and PASSED this
day of 19??.
