THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN, OF FICF'RING
BY-LAW NUMBER __' 17,
Being a By-law to amend By-law :cumber 55/74
prohibiting heavy traffic.
WHEREAS By-law Number 55/74 prohibits heaver traffic on
certain highways within the Municipality, and
WHERFAS it is deemed expedient to restrict further high-
ways from heavy traffic,
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF P CKERING
hereby enacts as follows:
1. Section 2 of By-law Number 55/74, as amended by
By-laws Number 140/74, 438/76 and 507/76 are hereby
further amended by adding thereto the following:
Highway. FROM TO
Concession 6 Road Easterly inter- Westerly inter-
section with Kings section with Kings
Highway No. 7. Highway No. 7.
2. This By-law shall not take effect until approval by
the Regional Municipality of Durham.
By-law read a firs'- secnd and third time and PASSED
this 4 day of ,1977.
