Being a Restricted Area By-law to implement

District Planning Area, Region of Durham,, in
Para Lot 27, Range 3, Broken Front Concession,
and Part Lots 2- and, 28, Concession 1, Town of
Pickering.
THE COUNCTI. OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TO'KN OF PICIKER_N'G ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS':
I. By-law, 3036, passed by the Council ci the Corpora,'on
of the Township (now Town) of Pickering on the
3rd day Of August 1965, and approved b?
the Ontario Municipal Board on the 7th day of
