Being a By-law to author-*.ze the execution
of 'a Development Agreeme t between the
Corporation of the Town of Pickering and
Michael Broz and Mira Penic with resraect
to Lot 71, Plan 350 (LD136/77)
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute a
Development agreement between the Co--poration
of the Town of Pickering and Michael Broz and
Mira Penic with respect to Lot 71, Plan 356,
(LD136/77).
By-law read a first, secynd and third time and PASSED
