THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The Mayor and Clerk be authorized to
execute a Development Agreement between
the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
and Pickering Heights Joint Venture cowering
Draft Subdivision Plans 1ST-2446=, 1ST-24490
and 18T-24491.
By-law read a first,,-,second and third time and. PASSED this
day of 1977.
